Mercedes joined the NorthPoint team in 2022 when she moved back to Connecticut after living in Florida for 10 years. There she worked at an animal shelter as a Foster Coordinator, helping sick and homeless pets get healthier before being ready for adoption. This, combined with her own dog's health issues, led her down the path of pet nutrition, where she was able to see incredible changes after feeding freeze-dried, raw, and supplements. Mercedes is a fur mom to her two dogs Kingsley and Bane, as well as a Persian cat named Ferguson. She is excited to continue her education in pet nutrition and further help any animal in need. Mercedes loves baking, taking nature walks with her dogs and pet photography.
