Meet the Team: Q&A with Camille
Meet Camille! She first came to NorthPoint Pets as a customer looking for better options for her dog—now, she’s part of the team. Whether she’s restocking shelves, helping customers, or learning more about pet nutrition, she’s always staying busy. We caught up with her to chat about her role, what she loves most about NPP, and, of course, her pup, Harley Quinn.
1. What brought you to NPP/Tell us about your background
After a coworker at the pet store recommended NorthPoint Pets, I started going there. I wanted more options for my dog because the products at commercial pet stores just weren’t cutting it. I found that the team was super knowledgeable about pet nutrition, which made me start doing my own research—especially when I started working at a vet office.
2. What is your role/Super Power with NPP?
I always want to be doing something. Does the bath need to be cleaned? On it. Food needs to be refilled? Already picked out the bag. I’m constantly on the move making sure our store is stocked with the products we have.
3. Tell us about your pets! (And Include pics please)
Back in 2017, I rescued Harley Quinn when she was eight months old—she was my ‘birthday gift. I found out from the shelter that I was going to be her 4th owner and I made a promise to her that she would never see a shelter again. She deserves the best, so I make sure to feed her the best and I’m happy Northpoint is my one-stop shop for it all.

4. What do you enjoy most about working at NPP
The team dynamic is great—everyone works together on any task that needs to be completed. I love seeing all the different pets that come through. I also enjoy learning new things about pet nutrition.
5. Tell us your must-have item from NPP.
My must-have item is a lick mat! It keeps my dog entertained for a good hour, and I can feed her a variety of treats on it!
6. What is your pet’s favorite treat/toy from NPP?
My dog would buy the whole store if she could- there hasn’t been anything she hasn’t liked that I have brought home for her.
7. What do you like to do in your free time?
My free time is spent with friends and family and going on adventures with Harley.
8. What is your proudest/most memorable moment since working at NPP?
“My proudest moment is adapting to a new environment so quickly. Since I haven’t worked retail in quite some time I’m so glad I could jump into the role so quickly.
9. What is something you have learned while working at NPP?
What haven’t I learned while working at NPP and also being a customer? There’s so much to learn about dog nutrition that is similar to our own, and I’d say a great place to start is by coming to NPP and asking questions.
