Cheshire, CT – March 2020 – NorthPoint Pets & Company of Cheshire, CT has received a national award for “Best Single Store Retailer” by Pet Business and the Global Pet Expo 2020.
Pet Business and the organizers of Global Pet Expo recently recognized ten outstanding pet specialty retailers at the 9th Annual Retailer Excellence Awards presentation at Global Pet Expo 2020. NorthPoint Pets & Company was chosen from hundreds of specialty pet shops around the country as “Best Single Store Retailer”.
Since opening just 5 years ago, NorthPoint Pets & Company has tripled their square footage, allowing them to add many more products and services.
“We now have a loading dock, a huge classroom, offices, a dog wash, and plenty of freezer space,” says owner Nicci Cammack. “It’s really state of the art and different from anything I’ve ever been in.”
Rather than calling the operation a retail store, Cammack prefers to define her endeavor as a “resource center.”
